Twilight series? Of COURSE! I agree, they are absolutely the most awesome series ever!! Very Happy

I'm a quarter way through The Singing. (no spoilers, promise) I was surprised at first though that The Singing isn't just from Maered's perspective though. It seems its made of Maered and Hem chapters unlike the last three books where one character's perspective was focused the whole way through.

I can't imagine, if I was in the US, I could possibly wait another half a year to get it.

I was expecting it to go back and forth between them, because at this point I think they are both key to the story, and at least at the beginning they are not together.

I really wish that ***SPOILER***

he and Zelika (sp?) could have been together. I hated that she died. I thought I just KNEW that she was alive...but no... Sad

I thought that she would be there, faking to be one of those kids, but when it turned out to be her brother I was devastated... I thought they were destined to be together. AND they would make the perfect couple!

I really wish that after what Maerad and Hem have been through, they can both be happy.

I cried whe Zelika died too! I didn't think that the crow would spike too much emotion from me because i was the teensiest bit resentful that it wasn't carrying on straight away into Maerad's POV. But it turned out to be quite good anyway. It was SO sweet when Hem was talking to Zelika when she had died. I'm getting tears in my eyes just thinking about it. Laughing

i ordered it from the UK and i read it! now i have nothing left to look forward to in life... actually my life is now complete... i can move into the Light......the light... hmmmm.... i probably shouldnt have read it in just one night though... i probably shoulda made it last... oh well! spectacular! but-but-but pellinor is over? Crying or Very sad

JK Rowling equivalent for me is Alison Croggon. I think I have a LITTLE more chance of meeting Alison than JK Rowling in my lifetime Razz

Yes you do have a relatively good chance of meeting her. I'm no too likely to meet either unless I fulfill my dream of moving to Scotland and building my castle next door to JKR.

lol that'd be awesome dream come true! Living next to JKR would only be a plus ^^ The Scotland landscape is none-compare.
